Hope you are having a fantastic summer so far! Can you believe it is almost July?? We are zipping through the summer, but luckily we still have plenty of summer fun planned here at The Oaks Course!
The Oaks Open was a great success and congratulations to all the winners! We are proud of all of our participants and we thank you again for playing in our tournament! Get ready for The Oaks Invitational in August because it is going to be a GIGANTIC GOLFING WEEKEND!!!
Along with the success of our Oaks Open - our very own PGA Pro Andy Bowman was highlighted by The Covington News. The paper graciously came out to The Oaks to film Andy on what he does best - giving tips, tricks - all around instruction about the game.

A few words from Andy: "Hi golfers and future golfers - I'm Andy Bowman & I'm the head golf professional at The Oaks Course. I have worked at The Oaks for many years and I have been lucky enough to offer clinics, camps and lessons for all ages here.
For my juniors - I offer week long camps throughout the summer months and recently I have started the 2 or 3 day clinics during the fall and winter breaks and after school clinics when school begins in August.
For adults, I offer beginner clinics as well as intermediate sessions. I have also worked with employees from different corporations to offer short sessions on tweaking their game or beginners just learning the game.
I love golf and I want you to learn to love it too. Don't forget I am always available for private lessons for all ages! You are never too young or too old to pick up the game!
